Bin Momin: Return & Exchange Policy
1. 10-Day Window
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or return your items within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The fabric must be unwashed, uncut, and unused.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
3. Delivery Charges
- Customer Responsibility: For all change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the return delivery charges.
- Faulty Items:Â If the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent by Bin Momin, we will bear the full shipping costs for the replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a Sale or Clearance event are not eligible for return/exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Fabrics that have been tailored or stitched cannot be returned.
