Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities:Â 3 to 5 working days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan).
- Other Cities & Remote Areas:Â 5 to 7 working days.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders nationwide.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above PKR 4,000.
3. Order Confirmation
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify the order before dispatch.
- Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled if the provided contact number is unreachable.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email.
- You can track your parcel's journey through our courier partner's website (e.g., M&P, Leopard, TCS, or Trax).
5. Important Notes
- Holidays:Â Deliveries are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.
- Sale Periods: During peak sale seasons or new arrivals, delivery may take slightly longer (up to 7–10 working days).
- Address Accuracy:Â Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
